Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase of our beautiful wreaths, door wreaths, and spring wreaths.    If your order is damaged in the shipping process,  please contact the logistics company that shipped your wreath to report the damage for a refund of the insurance. 

A deposit is required on custom orders.  Due to the nature of the products, no refunds.

We are currently shipping orders within 1-2 days of placing the order.  Most shipments are mailing via USPS 7 day.  

If you are local and ordering, please be aware our prices have changed to offer free shipping.  We will adjust your order if you want to pick up.
